Day of Coordination Package

You have spent countless hours planning every little detail of your big day, you have left nothing out, no stone unturned, but you would like to sit back & enjoy your day. Let our team of event professionals take over! Our team of planners will meet with you to do an event handover, and begin a detailed day of itinerary, then our onsite team will execute your hard work so that you can truly enjoy your event.

Partial Planning & Coordination Package

Need some help with the plans? Do you want to take on some aspects of planning yourself? No problem, let our team of experienced event professionals work with you to compliment your skills and enhance the experience of your event. At about 6 – 8 months prior to your big day we will meet with you, learn about the amazing plans you have made, and turn them into a big beautiful event!

Full Planning & Design Package 

This is the full package! We understand how busy things can be and know that you have lives and you want to keep them. You realize this event may take over your life and you need someone to help you manage the finer details so you have called us. From recommending trusted vendors to ensuring you stay within your event budget, we will do it all! Our team will work with you to bring your event vision to life. We will help you create that oh so unforgettable day.
